Vongvannak enjoys teaching, especially writing, speaking, and reading skills to his students. His goals for teaching include improving his own knowledge of English, helping to improve the knowledge of others and reduce the number of poor people around Siem Reap. |

Suy Vuth studied as a monk in Bangkok, Thailand where he learned to speak and write Thai very well both from friends and with a teacher at the monastery. Vuth focuses on speaking and writing skills with his students. He hopes to save the money he earns in order to further his education at a higher education institution. His goal in teaching is "to save the poor students by giving them an opportunity to have a job. Specifically education is the first step of life that all people in the world must be thinking about." |

Phan Saroeum learned Korean from a variety of places including private school and practice with foreigners. Saroeum teaches in order to improve the knowledge of his students. With the money Saroeum receives, he will save to support his continued education. |

Chham Sela first began his study of English in Siem Reap, Cambodia at a pagoda where he received free training. After a year and a half of study, his teacher moved to Thailand to study and Sela continued his studies on his own because he did not have enough money to continue his studies at a private school. Sela has been teaching English for five years and truly enjoys helping his students. In fact Sela says, "Teaching makes me happy. I want to be famous from teaching in my community." The money he receives each month is very useful because he supports his mother and uses the money to buy her food and necessities. Sela will also use the extra money he earns to purchase supplies and materials during his five years in University. |

Se Kimsour learned Japanese from private schools, practice with friends and self study. Kimsour wants to teach Japanese to help the children in his community through verbal and written skills. Through teaching he hopes to increase his language abilities in Japanese and also to help give his students the ability to find jobs. |
